Mark Williams ...

Mark started his career at 16 with the band 'Face'.  He made the decision to go solo in 1973 and appeared as a regular on the TV show 'Free Ride'.  In 1975 Mark released the song 'yesterday was Just the Beginning of my Life' which reached number one and stayed there for 3 weeks.  His first Album 'Mark Williams' went Gold.  In 1977 the Buddy Holly song 'It doesn't matter any more' became number 1 on the charts.

Mark went on to Australia and forged a career in Sydney and formed the band 'Boy Rocking' which released several singles.  In 1989 Mark broke into television singing the theme song for the Australian soap 'Home and Away'. 1990 saw the release of Mark Williams ZNZ with his most famous hit song 'Show No Mercy' which is still used today by many as a motivational anthem.

2005 Saw Mark join with the New Zealand Rock band 'Dragon' which has launched him back onto the NZ circuit.
